1. Acceptance of these Terms

Rasid is an independent software service operated by Ahmed Omar, trading as Rasid. These Terms form an agreement between you and that operator. After this introduction, references to Rasid, we, us, or our mean the operator of the service.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Rasid's websites, dashboards, Website tracking, tracked WhatsApp links, campaign analytics, integrations, billing features, and related services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, starting a trial or subscription, or using Rasid, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any billing terms presented in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or during checkout.

If you use Rasid for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and must use Rasid for lawful business or professional purposes. Rasid is not intended for children who cannot legally enter this agreement. You may not use the service if doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials and email account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Rasid supports Supabase-managed email authentication and Google sign-in. Authentication providers have their own terms. We may require verification or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or the service.

4. Workspaces and team access

Customer data and settings are organized into Workspaces. The Workspace owner controls membership and assigns supported roles. Members must act within their authority, and the customer is responsible for invitations, role assignments, removing access when no longer needed, and actions taken by its members.

Plan entitlements can limit the number of Websites, tracked WhatsApp links, or members. Existing assets can remain available in a read-only or plan-locked state after a downgrade, while creation, reactivation, collection, or editing can be restricted according to the current plan.

5. The Rasid service

Rasid combines campaign parameters, Website visits, leads and conversion events, tracked WhatsApp clicks, customer-configured goals and estimated values, and optional read-only Meta Ads data into analytics and performance views.

Rasid is an analytics tool, not an accounting system, payment processor for a customer's end users, legal compliance service, or guarantee of business performance. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or retired as the service develops.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Rasid only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the service or help another person do so.

  • Do not access another customer's data, account, Website, link, or subscription without authorization.
  • Do not probe, scan, exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or test the security or rate limits of Rasid without prior written authorization.
  • Do not send malware, deceptive traffic, fabricated events, spam, or requests intended to inflate usage, billing, attribution, or performance metrics.
  • Do not place passwords, payment details, health data, government identifiers, precise sensitive-location data, or other sensitive personal data in URLs, campaign parameters, page titles, conversion names, or event metadata.
  • Do not use Rasid to violate privacy, electronic-communications, marketing, advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a standalone competing analytics product unless Rasid has agreed in writing.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your Websites, campaigns, links, goals, content, instructions, integrations, team members, and use of analytics. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide data to Rasid and to instruct Rasid and its providers to process it.

You are also responsible for publishing accurate notices, obtaining consent where required, honoring visitor choices, configuring Website and WhatsApp tracking lawfully, and responding to rights requests concerning your own tracking. Rasid's documentation and settings do not replace your legal assessment.

8. Website tracking and WhatsApp links

The Rasid tracking script records only supported event shapes. You must not modify, disguise, or extend collection to capture sensitive information or content that Rasid does not request. A public site key identifies the Website for collection and is not a secret, so you remain responsible for monitoring traffic and reporting suspected abuse.

A tracked WhatsApp link records a click before redirecting to wa.me. Rasid does not control WhatsApp, delivery of the redirect destination, the later conversation, or the recipient's response. You must have authority to publish the destination phone number and prefilled message.

9. Attribution, bot signals, and estimated value

Analytics and attribution are estimates based on available events, identifiers, campaign parameters, mappings, and customer settings. Results can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, blocked, spoofed, or attributed incorrectly. Rasid does not promise perfect attribution, complete event capture, or verified bot identity.

Likely-bot and claimed-known-bot labels are based primarily on user-agent patterns and can be inaccurate or spoofed. Estimated value is a customer-configured model and is not confirmed revenue, a verified sale, accounting evidence, or a guarantee that money was received. You must independently verify business and financial decisions.

11. Third-party services

Rasid depends on and can connect with third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, Google, Paddle, Meta, WhatsApp, and an email-delivery provider configured through Supabase Auth. Their services, availability, and data practices are governed by their own terms.

You authorize Rasid to exchange the information needed to provide an integration you enable. Rasid is not responsible for third-party changes, outages, account restrictions, API limits, content, or acts outside Rasid's control. Disconnecting an integration can stop future synchronization but may not immediately delete historical data already stored in Rasid.

12. Plans, trials, and usage limits

Rasid offers usage-based Starter and Growth plans with event tiers and monthly or yearly billing intervals. The plan, price, currency, event allowance, resource entitlements, and interval shown at checkout form part of your order.

The current new-subscription flow includes a 14-day trial with a fixed allowance of 10,000 billable events during the trial. The paid event tier selected at checkout applies after the trial. A payment method may be required to start a provider checkout even when no amount is due at the start of the trial.

Page views, supported lead or conversion events, and tracked WhatsApp clicks can count toward usage. Automated or likely-bot events that are accepted by collection can also count. When an allowance is exhausted or billing access is unavailable, Rasid can stop new event collection, limit features, lock assets, or require an upgrade. A 10M+ tier is metered without a numeric hard cap, but it remains subject to abuse protection, service capacity, and these Terms.

13. Billing, renewal, and taxes

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record payment provider. Paddle may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and related buyer support. Paddle processes buyer and payment information under its own Buyer Terms, Privacy Policy, and other checkout terms.

Unless canceled or otherwise stated at checkout, a paid subscription renews on the monthly or yearly interval selected. Prices and taxes are presented through checkout or the subscription flow before purchase or confirmation. You authorize the applicable recurring charges and must keep billing information current with Paddle.

If payment fails, a subscription becomes past due, a charge is disputed, or Paddle or Rasid detects fraud or abuse, access or collection can be restricted while the issue is reviewed.

14. Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds

Rasid presents the timing and price effect of a supported plan change before confirmation. During a trial, a selected paid tier can change without an immediate charge and applies to the first scheduled billing. For an active subscription, a supported change can be scheduled for the next billing period according to the confirmation shown in Rasid and the state accepted by Paddle.

The self-service cancellation action schedules cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not immediately cancel service or automatically issue a refund. Access remains available through the applicable paid period unless suspended for another valid reason. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before it takes effect when Paddle supports that action.

Refund requests are reviewed according to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s refund policies, applicable law, any rights shown during checkout, and Rasid's Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact support@getrasid.com when assistance is needed.

15. Ownership, customer data, and feedback

Rasid and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Rasid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during the applicable access period.

As between you and Rasid, you retain ownership of the content, configuration, and customer data you lawfully provide. You grant Rasid and its providers a limited right to host, copy, transmit, transform, analyze, and otherwise process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

If you provide feedback, you allow Rasid to use it without restriction or payment, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your customer data or confidential information.

16. Availability and beta features

Rasid may be offered as a private beta or evolving service. Features can contain errors, change, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, preservation of every event, or compatibility with every browser, Website, integration, or third-party service.

You are responsible for maintaining your own source records and backups where analytics are important to your business. Do not rely on Rasid as the sole record of a transaction, lead, legal consent, financial result, or regulatory obligation.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Rasid and may cancel a paid subscription through the supported flow. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for nonpayment, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of other users, material breach, or operation of the service.

Termination ends your right to use the service but does not erase obligations or rights that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and lawful retention of records. Contact support about data access or export before closing an account.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasid is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Rasid disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and results, except where a disclaimer is prohibited by law.

Rasid does not provide legal, tax, accounting, advertising, or financial advice. Analytics, attribution, bot classification, forecasts, and estimated values require your independent review.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasid's operator and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your jurisdiction may provide rights that override part of this section.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Rasid's operator and service personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your customer data, Websites, links, campaigns, unlawful tracking, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Rasid's own unlawful conduct.

21. Disputes and governing law

Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and provide enough detail for the parties to attempt an informal resolution in good faith. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Service are subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts or authorities legally competent to hear the matter.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, pricing model, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms and revise the last-updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

23. Contact

Contact the Rasid support address below with questions about these Terms, billing, account access, or the service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, provider tokens, or other sensitive secrets by email.
